You must have a Presenter account to log in and create a ClearView Flex Session (you don’t need an account to join a Session as a Viewer).
When your account is created you will receive an email welcoming you to the service and containing a password reset link. Once you have completed the password setup, go to the ClearView Flex homepage (cvf.sohonet.com) and login using your email address and new password.
